The Coram Innovation Incubator is delighted to be hosting the second session in our webinar series with North Yorkshire Council, showcasing the development of a new technology solution to help social workers keep children safe, on Monday 2nd October from 3:30pm-5pm.

During this webinar, Jonny Hoyle, Development Lead for Care Planning and Support and Claire Wilson, Project Manager from North Yorkshire Council will provide an update on the progress of this exciting project and share an early prototype of the product. There will also be an interactive discussion to explore further use cases for the product and identify other practice areas this technology could be deployed in.

Seeking to reimagine how case management systems work, the team at North Yorkshire is exploring how analytics tools can support social workers to efficiently search and analyse information across multiple sources about a child or family, enabling them to take better, proactive decisions. This could include helping to map the key people and places in a child’s life, identify those who can help to keep a child safe and those who may pose a risk.
